5 RITUALS FOR MANIFESTATION

Have you heard of manifestation, the law of attraction, the secret, or the power of prayer?

Well all these things have something in common, and that is that if you want something really bad, and you focus your attention and ask for it, and have faith, THE UNIVERSE (GOD) WILL CONSPIRE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN, and you will receive your desire.

I’ve been practicing manifestation in my life for almost 12 years and I’ve learned a few tricks along the way.

To be able to manifest you need need to follow a few principles, but most importantly you need to have faith and belief.

That is the hardest part, believing and holding on to our dreams long enough for them to manifest.

I like to practice a few rituals that help me keep mentally focused on my prayers.

To help you learn a little faster how to manifest, I want to share 5 of my favorite rituals for manifestation:

1- Pray for your dreams – Speak your desire out into existence – Ask and you shall receive – Manifest your desires. However you want to put it, the fastest way to manifest your desires is to speak them into existence.

2- Visualize and Imagine: Take time during your day to daydream and visualize your desires. This is a very important step. Spending time daily to visualize exactly what you want will help God, the Universe, or whatever your belief system is, to manifest your dream.

3- Celebrate your wins: Celebrating when you receive your desire shows the Universe or God that you are happy, and appreciate the miracle. You can celebrate by treating yourself, buying flowers, having a glass of wine, sharing a hug and a high five. There are many ways to celebrate. Do whatever feels good for you. For me it’s going to the beach, having a picnic, and spending time with my family.

4- Practice Gratitude: Be grateful every day. Wake up early in the morning and take a few moments to give thanks for your life, for your health, for your friends and family, for your job, for your pets, and for everything in your life. Because the truth is that someone out there is praying for everything you already have.

5– Take care of your body: Your body is your temple, take care of it. It’s hard to manifest and be grateful when you are feeling unhealthy, have aches and pain, or are not feeling happy with your body.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be a chore. Take 10 minutes a day to go for a walk, do stretches, dance, or simply move your body.

Small changes every day are better than none and will increase over time.
