Bio: I’m a bit of a homebody, because I truly love being in my sanctuary; I’ve got my cool humidifier with essential oils running, some gorgeous candles, Solfeggio hertz calming music, lots of plants, bright natural light, a weighted blanket… it’s hard to leave! But when I do get out, I love quiet walks in the forest or on the beach, looking for constellations in the sky, or going for a dip in the lake. And if you bring me to a party, I’m most likely in a corner talking to a dog.
